I've been in karate since I was 10 years old.  In the American Amateur Karate Federation I hold the rank of ni-dan (second degree black belt) in the traditional Japanese shotokan style.  Anyone around the northwest Indiana area who is interested in my school can watch a class at the Fitness Barn in South Haven.  The Fitness Barn is located at:

810 North County Rd., 330 West in Valparaiso, IN.

I'm currently working on a site for the class. Until then, there are pamphlets available at the Fitness Barn that describe what the classes are like, when the classes are held, and what the rates are for adults, children, etc.
